RPBS provides a multi skilled property maintenance service which can be used on a proactive or reactive basis, if you find something needs fixing then we can come and fix it, alternatively why not use our property inspection services which ensure that we regularly check for you that everything is working as well as it should be and if it isn’t then we can fix it before the problem gets too serious.

For larger projects such as conversions, extensions or new builds then RPBS can project manage the whole thing for you from architects drawings and obtaining building reg’s through to sourcing all the construction and interior finishing offering you a complete turn key operation from conception to completion.

RPBS offer the following core services as part of their maintenance programme: General maintenance, Brickwork, Plastering, Electrical, Plumbing, Decorating, Flooring and Roofing.

All our contractors are fully qualified and for electrical and plumbing services can offer full inspections with safety certification to comply with all current Health & Safety legislation
